Public Meeting Scheduled for Little Sioux Bend Shallow Water Habitat Project

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Iowa Department of Natural Resources will hold a public meeting on Thursday, Mar. 7, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Desoto Bend National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center, 1434 316th Lane, in Missouri Valley, Iowa. The purpose of the meeting is to seek public input on potential restoration and mitigation actions for the shallow water habitat project at Little Sioux Bend.
