Omaha District’s Montana Regulatory Offices prioritizing emergency permitting

USACE Omaha
Published June 27, 2022

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District announces that due to extensive damage caused by recent flooding, its Montana Regulatory Offices will expedite emergency permitting actions.

Non-emergency Department of the Army permit applications and requests associated with pending DA permit applications will be processed as resources allow. Permit requesters may experience extended processing delays.

Jurisdictional Determination requests and Delineation Concurrences requests will still be accepted by the Montana Regulatory Offices. Please note that the review and processing of such standalone requests may be subject to extended delays due to limited resources.
