OMAHA, Neb. -- The. U.S Army Corps of Engineers has announced that road work at the entrance to the Cold Brook Recreation Area, in South Dakota, will cause restricted access and intermittent closures beginning Oct. 22. Initial construction will consist of removing existing asphalt which will be replaced with gravel. The work is expected to take approximately a month to complete.
