RIVERDALE, N. D. The boat ramp at the East Tailrace Recreation Area downstream of the Garrison Dam will be temporarily closed on Nov. 7 and 8 between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. The closure is required to allow for silt removal on the boat ramp to improve access. A zero release on each day will be from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. Access to the area will be open for all members of the public that wish to shore fish but should be aware of equipment usage in the area.
