No tours at Gavins Point Powerplant from August 18 through September 1

YANKTON, S.D. – The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers will not conduct tours of the Gavins Point Powerplant from Friday, August 18 through Friday, September 1, 2017. Tours will resume for Labor Day weekend. Tour times on Saturday and Sunday are 9, 10, and 11 a.m. and 1, 2, 3, and 4 p.m. The final day of public tours is Monday, September 4. Tour times Monday are 9, 10, and 11a.m. and 1, 2 and 3 pm.

Tours for school, civic, and church groups may be scheduled for September through May by calling the Lewis and Clark Visitor Center at 402-667-2546.
