The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Denver Regulatory Office announces a Regulatory Program Workshop to be held May 24. Depending upon demand, an additional workshop could be held on Thursday, May 25. Each workshop will run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and take place at 9307 South Wadsworth Boulevard, Littleton, Colorado.
Regulatory Program Workshops are held periodically to provide the public with information about Corps permit requirements and updates on program execution in the Omaha District. The workshop is open to all interested parties, including the regulated public, consultants, environmental organizations, and federal, state, tribal and local agencies.
Plan accordingly as lunch will not be provided.
This free workshop will focus on the general overview of the Denver Regulatory program, the 2017 Nationwide Permits, Colorado Regional Conditions, Regulatory Guidance Letter (RGL) 16-01, Denver Regulatory Office’s approach to compliance under Sections 7 and 106, alternatives analysis, and mitigation.
