    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District, (Corps) is evaluating a permit application, which would result in permanent impacts to approximately 5.14 acres of wetlands (comprised of approximately 4.34 acres of impacts to emergent wetlands, 0.61 acre of impacts to scrub-shrub wetlands, and 0.19 acre of impacts to forested wetlands), 280 linear feet (LF) of the Cascade Canal, 169 LF of the S-T Canal, 0.014 acre below the ordinary highwater mark of the Teton River, 102 LF of a roadside ditch/Teton River Oxbow, 0.071 acre of an open water pond, and 1,465 LF of several unnamed drainages. This notice is to inform interested parties of the proposed activity and to solicit comments.

    The US Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District, Montana Regulatory Office, is evaluating a request by Eco-Asset Holdings, LLC for a modification of the Montana West Umbrella Mitigation Bank Instrument to add the Musselshell Bank Site project. The site is located on Big Coulee Creek, in Golden Valley County, near Lavina, Montana. The site contains 6,778 feet of stream and 20 acres of wetlands currently. Credits would be generated by rehabilitating 20 acres and reestablishing 9 acres of wetlands and restoring 3,084 feet of stream. The attached public notice provides information pertaining to location, service area, crediting methods and work plan. This notice is to inform interested parties of the proposal and to solicit comments.
