Public Notices

  • Electronic Submittals in Response to COVID-19

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Denver Regulatory Office strongly encourages all submittals be provided in digital form, eliminating any need to send a paper copy. The Denver Regulatory Office has been authorized and encouraged to telework from home throughout this crisis to help slow the spread of the virus while continuing to execute the regulatory program and provide customer service. Submitting requests to our office electronically avoids the necessity of handling paper documents, eliminates any possibility of pathogen transmittals, and allows our regulatory project managers electronic access to the requests while teleworking via the internet, thus facilitating Denver Regulatory Office staff to maintain shorter processing timelines.

  • The Denver Regulatory Office Has Gone Paperless as of February 14. 2020

The Denver Regulatory Office of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' Omaha District has been working to be more responsive to the needs of the public. For the Regulatory Program, we know there is great interest in having us accept information associated with aquatic resource delineation verifications, permit applications, and other requests in a digital format, instead of paper. To that end, we have created a process for the public to submit their request electronically. This new process is easy to access, ensures timely delivery, and comports with Army and Department of Defense (DoD) requirements.

  • Special Public Notice for Federal Register Notice

    Expiration date: 3/18/2022

On January 6, 2017, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) published the notice in the Federal Register announcing the reissuance of all existing nationwide permits (NWPs), general conditions, and definitions with some modifications. The NWPs became effective on March 19, 2017, and will expire on March 18, 2022.
