    Expiration date: 2/8/2021

    The Highlands Ranch Metropolitan District is proposing stabilization and modification activities along East Marcy Gulch, southeast of the intersection of Gateway Drive and Wildcat Reserve Parkway, within the Highlands Rach Residential Development. The project, as proposed, would permanently impact 2,040 linear feet (0.17-acre) of East Marcy Gulch, and 0.65-acre of wetlands.

    Expiration date: 2/6/2021

    The Mile High Flood District is proposing stabilization and modification activities along Lemon Gulch, upstream of Crowfoot Valley Road. The project, as proposed, will permanently impact 3,900 linear feet (3.14-acre) of Lemon Gulch, 0.02-acre of wetlands, and 137 linear feet (0.02-acre) of an unnamed tributary.

    Expiration date: 1/28/2021

    The proposed project will consist of local and systematic countermeasures to include placement of grouted boulders, riprap, matrix riprap, or a combination of these depending on the scour severity at each of the six damaged bridge piers and the I-70 retaining wall. The channel invert will also be raised by installing four 3.5-foot grouted boulder grade control structures.
