The environmental assessment evaluates the withdrawal of up to 1.33 acre-feet of surplus water per year from Lewis & Clark Lake in Knox County, Nebraska, and the proposed installation and operation of a water intake structure (two-horsepower sprinkler pump) and associated water and power lines on project lands.
