Draft Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact: PL84-99 Town of Greybull Flood Protection Levee Certification – Final Design of Levee Improvements at Bighorn River and Dry Creek, Big Horn County, Wyoming

Summary: The purpose of the Proposed Action is to restore the project erosion protection features and remove unwanted vegetation at the levee bend and to raise the levee along Dry Creek to ensure flood damage protection in compliance with CFR 65.10 certification criteria in support of FEMA accreditation of the Greybull Levee. Furthermore, this would allow the town of Greybull to remain enrolled in the Public Law (PL) 84-99 Emergency Rehabilitation Program.
