    The District Engineer is evaluating a permit application from the Cass County Highway Department for a 1.15-mile road reconstruction project on County Road 17 in Horace, North Dakota. The proposal includes removal and replacement of the bridge crossing the Sheyenne River, construction of a roundabout at the intersection of County Road 17 and 64th Avenue, and isolated widening to provide a continuous left turn lane.
