The purpose of this public notice is to solicit comments from the public regarding the work described. BNSF Railway requests authorization to discharge fill material into 31.85 acres of wetlands and ponds and 6,061 linear feet of unnamed tributaries to construct an intermodal facility, upgrade the main line, and construct an adjacent logistics park in a 2,738-acre project area.
