Title: Missouri River Structure Modifications Project, Cass and Sarpy Counties in Nebraska, and Fremont and Mills Counties in Iowa

Summary: Restore shallow water habitat within a 48-mile section of the Missouri River through the modification of 73 dike structures previously notched to create shallow water habitat. 

Geographic Scope: Manawa Bend and Upper Plattsmouth Bend (Sarpy and Cass Counties, Nebraska); Pin Hook Bend, Upper Copeland Bend, Nebraska Bend, and Rock Bluff Bend (Fremont and Mills Counties, Iowa) between river miles 609.0 to 561.0.
