Summary: The draft EA evaluates the replacement of approximately 1.4 miles of 8-inch diameter natural gas liquids pipeline beneath the Missouri River and a federally-managed levee in Cass County, Nebraska and Fremont County, Iowa near Thurman, Iowa.
