    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting comments from the public regarding the City of Omaha, F Street Reconstruction. In compliance with USC Title 33, Chapter 9, Subchapter 1, Section 408, the City of Omaha Public Works (Requester) has requested permission from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) for an alteration at the Zorinsky Lake Project (Papillion Creek and Tributaries Lakes, Site 18) (Federal Project).
