    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District, (USACE) is evaluating a request by Beartooth Mitigation, LLC for a modification to the Upper Yellowstone Mitigation Bank (UYMB) located on the Lazy EL Ranch in both Stillwater and Carbon Counties, near Roscoe, Montana.

    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District, (Corps) is evaluating a permit application to construct the Coal Banks Boat Ramp River Access project, which would result in the excavation of 167 cubic yards of native material, and the discharge of approximately 86.3 cubic yards of concrete, footing, geotextile, and riprap fill material into approximately 0.06 acres of waters of the United States, including wetlands, in, and adjacent to, the Missouri River. This notice is to inform interested parties of the proposed activity and to solicit comments.

    On December 27, 2021, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) published a final rule in the Federal Register (86 FR 73522) announcing the reissuance of 40 existing nationwide permits (NWPs) and one new NWP. These 41 NWPs will go into effect on February 25, 2022, and they will expire on March 14, 2026.
