    The Omaha District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) has received an application for a Department of the Army permit pursuant to Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S.C. §1344). The purpose of this public notice is to solicit comments from the public regarding the work described. BNSF Railway requests authorization to discharge fill material into 31.85 acres of wetlands and ponds and 6,061 linear feet of unnamed tributaries to construct an intermodal facility, upgrade the main line, and construct an adjacent logistics park in a 2,738-acre project area.
