  • Regional General Permit 00-05, Amendment 4

    Expiration date: 11/29/2022

    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District, is proposing to reissue and expand coverage of Regional General Permit (RGP) 00-05 for bank stabilization projects conducted by the Corps or South Dakota Game, Fish & Parks to protect culturally significant site on Corps Lakes in North Dakota, South Dakota and Montana. Drought conditions in the Missouri River basin persist and sites are being evaluated and protected as needed. To prevent a lapse in coverage while this proposal is being evaluated, the existing RGP is being extended through December 31, 2022. All comments should be sent to the North Dakota Regulatory Office at CENWO-OD-RND@usace.army.mil.
