The Omaha District provides Regulatory (Section 404 and Section 10) oversight for all or part of six states below. The Omaha District Section 408 program oversees alterations to USACE civil works projects within the Omaha District civil works area of responsibility.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District, (Corps) is evaluating a permit application, which would result in permanent and temporary impacts to approximately 1.01 acre(s) of emergent wetlands and approximately 390 linear feet (LF) of stream and ditch waters of the United States. This notice is to inform interested parties of the proposed activity and to solicit comments.
