Regulatory and Section 408 Programs

The Omaha District provides Regulatory (Section 404 and Section 10) oversight for all or part of six states below. The Omaha District Section 408 program oversees alterations to USACE civil works projects within the Omaha District civil works area of responsibility.

The US Army Corps of Engineers, Albuquerque and Omaha Districts, are hosting a virtual Regulatory Program Workshop.

When: Tuesday, February 18, 2025
9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Where: Webinar information will be provided following registration

Agenda Topics: Introduction and Updates, Permitting Types, Submittal Requirement, Regulatory Request System, and National Environmental Policy Act

The Colorado Regulatory Offices will hold a virtual Regulatory Program Workshop on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

There is no charge for the workshop. Register for the workshop by emailing SPA-RD-CO@usace.army.mil with the subject line reading “Regulatory Program Workshop” and your name, organization name, email and telephone number in the body of the message. To receive the webinar information, your email should be received by February 12, 2025. Webinar information will be provided on February 14, 2025, to all those that registered. If you do not receive the webinar information by this date, please email us at the above email address.
