The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District, (Corps) is evaluating a permit application, which would result in permanent and temporary impacts to approximately 0.69 acre of emergent wetlands and approximately 60 linear feet (LF) of stream and ditch waters of the United States. This notice is to inform interested parties of the proposed activity and to solicit comments.
