The District Engineer (Omaha) is evaluating a request by North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) to add the Divide County I Wetland Mitigation Bank Site (Site) to their Program Instrument approved in June 2013. The Site consists of 147 acres located approximately 4 miles north on County Highway 17 and 1 mile west on 88th Street NW from Wildrose in the SE¼ of Section 9, Township 160 North, Range 97 West, centered on Latitude 48.694268° North, Longitude -103.216762° West, Divide County, North Dakota. NDDOT estimates that the Site would generate 46.98 credits. Credits would be achieved primarily through restoration, with added credit for preservation, buffers, and uplands. The Regional Service Area for the Site would be the Missouri River Basin Northern Zone.
