The District Commander, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District, has issued Version 1 of Regional General Permit 2302 (RGP-2302-RWY). The permit authorizes discharges of dredged or fill material into waters of the United States associated with ditch related activities in the state of Wyoming pursuant to Section 10 of the Rivers and Harbors Act of 1899 (33 U.S.C. § 403) and Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S.C. § 1344).
