RGP-02-MT

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps), Omaha District proposes to reissue Regional General Permit (RGP) 02-MT for certain discharges of dredged or fill material into waters of the United States, including wetlands, and/or work or structures in navigable waters of the United States for projects designed to manage the movement of aquatic species populations, permanently or temporarily, for conservation or management purposes. The Corps proposes to reissue this RGP for a period of five (5) years.

The purpose of this public notice is to inform the public, Indian Tribes, Federal, state and local agencies/officials, and other interested parties of a 30-day comment period in which written comments may be submitted to the Corps. Written comments must be postmarked by August 25, 2023, prior to closure of the public notice administrative record.
