Flatwater Lake Estates, LLC proposes to convert a reclaimed sand and gravel operation into a private residential lake with lots platted single family homes. The proposed project involves the construction of a lakefront residential development next to an inactive sand and gravel pit. The authorization of this project will include grading and excavation for residential lots, paved roads, sidewalks, entrances, water, sanitary, and sewer lines. The development will be designed to accommodate approximately 106 residences.
