The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District, (USACE) is evaluating a permit application NWO-1998-90077-MT, which would allow the applicants to remove accumulated river deposited sediment that is inhibiting flow to the Tucker headgate on the East Channel of the Bitterroot River. This notice is to inform interested parties of the proposed activity and to solicit comments.
