The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District, (Corps) is evaluating a permit application to construct the Lone Tree Creek Trail Stabilization Project, which would result in permanent impacts to approximately 404 linear feet (0.03 acre) of Lone Tree Creek, and 0.04 acre of abutting wetland. Temporary impacts will occur within approximately 564 linear feet (0.07 acre) of Lone Tree Creek, and 0.34 acre of abutting wetlands. This notice is to inform interested parties of the proposed activity and to solicit comments.
