The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District, (Corps) is evaluating a permit application to construct a 2,917-foot-long access road to an existing residence which would result in permanent impacts to approximately 0.169 acre of peatland emergent wetlands adjacent to Skyles Lake. These wetlands are waters of the United States. This notice is to inform interested parties of the proposed activity and to solicit comments.
