Representatives from U.S. Strategic Command, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Omaha District, Air Force Civil Engineer Center, 55th Wing, 595th Command & Control Group, Fleet Air Reconnaissance Squadron and Walsh Construction Company break ground on the Nuclear Command, Control and Communications Campus at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska, May 3, 2024.
