The Omaha District provides Regulatory (Section 404 and Section 10) oversight for all or part of six states below. The Omaha District Section 408 program oversees alterations to USACE civil works projects within the Omaha District civil works area of responsibility.

The District Engineer, Omaha District, is evaluating a proposal by Mountrail County to reconstruct approximately 9 miles of County Route 10 beginning at the intersection of County Road 10 (51st St NW) and 74th Ave NW and continues for approximately 9-miles to the intersection of County Road 11 (67th Ave NW) and goes north on County Road 11 until it reaches the intersection of 67th Ave NW and 53rd Street NW. Construction activities would increase the footprint from a 26-foot road top to a 34-foot road top with 4:1 inslopes, breaking to a 3:1 inslope at wetland locations. Finished typical section of 12-foot driving lanes with 5-foot shoulders. To accomplish this goal, permanent fill would discharge into 1.97-acres of wetlands and temporarily fill into approximately 1.0-acres of wetlands. The project site is located in Sections 13, 14, 23, & 24, Township 154 North, Range 90 West, and Sections 11-24, Township 154 North, Range 89 West, Mountrail County, North Dakota.
