USACE seeks public comment for Draft Environmental Assessment for Sand Creek Flowlines at Garrison Project, ND

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Omaha District announced a draft environmental assessment is available to review for Rough Rider Operating, LLC and Oasis Petroleum North America, LLC requesting the reissuance of a real estate easement from USACE for the continued occupation of six existing oil- and gas-related production flowlines installed in 2014 via horizontal directional drilling (HDD) and put into service in 2015. These flowlines cross under Sand Creek, on federal lands administered by the USACE Garrison Dam/ Lake Sakakawea Civil Works Project near the City of Williston, Williams County, North Dakota.
