In compliance with USC Title 33, Chapter 9, Subchapter 1, Section 408, the Intermountain Infrastructure Group, LLC (Requestor) has requested permission from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) for an alteration to the Forsyth – Yellowstone Right Bank Levee (Federal Project) operated and maintained by the city of Forsyth (non-federal sponsor).

In compliance with USC Title 33, Chapter 9, Subchapter 1, Section 408, the City of Lincoln Wastewater System (LWWS)  (Requester) has requested permission from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) for an alteration at the Salt Creek and Its Tributaries Flood Risk Reduction Project (Federal Project) operated and maintained by the Lower Platte South Natural Resources District (LPSNRD) (non-federal sponsor). USACE will accept comments on this Public Notice and make them part of the evaluation record, and they will be considered in USACE’s determination whether the proposed alteration would be injurious to the public interest and would impair the usefulness of the Federal Project, as well as assessing the impacts of the proposal on the quality of the human environment. Interested parties may submit in writing any comments concerning this notice. USACE will consider all submissions received before the expiration date of this notice.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District is soliciting comments regarding the proposed Black Hills Energy 35th & Superior Project in Lincoln, Nebraska.  USACE Omaha District has determined that the Black Hills Energy 35th & Superior Project would entail an alteration to the Federal Project, and therefore requires permission under Section 408.  The purpose of the proposed action is replacement of an existing 10" steel distribution, currently attached to the Superior Street bridge, with a 10" steel distribution pipeline via HDD method.

USACE Omaha District has determined that the project would entail an alteration to the federal project, and therefore requires permission under Section 408. SDDOT proposes approximately 8 miles of road reconstruction on USACE Fee Title lands associated with the Oahe Dam & Reservoir Project, in Stanley County, South Dakota.
