    The District Engineer is evaluating a proposed project to fill 1.99 acres of wetland to complete Phase II of the data mining facility near Jamestown, ND. Phase I has been completed and affected no waters of the US. Phase II includes construction of six buildings and infrastructure support to utilize additional power available from the provider. Three of the buildings could be constructed in uplands, but three are proposed to be constructed on the filled wetland, which is located near the center of the property. The applicant has identified drained wetlands in three locations within the watershed to potentially be used to offset losses. The facility is located in Section 17, township 141 North, Range 63 West at Latitude 47.025253° North, Longitude -98.681035° West, Stutsman County, North Dakota.
