The Omaha District provides Regulatory (Section 404 and Section 10) oversight for all or part of six states below. The Omaha District Section 408 program oversees alterations to USACE civil works projects within the Omaha District civil works area of responsibility.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District, (Corps) is evaluating a proposal by the City of Fort Collins to conduct stream stabilization to facilitate flow conveyance along approximately 1040 linear feet of Fossil Creek and 5500 linear feet of Stanton Creek. This notice is to inform interested parties of the proposed activity and to solicit comments.
