  • Halligan Water Supply Project Final Environmental Impact Statement published

    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District has published the Final Environmental Impact Statement for the proposed City of Fort Collins Halligan Water Supply Project. The Final Conceptual Mitigation Plan and its state approved Fish and Wildlife Mitigation and Enhancement Plan are included in the EIS as appendices.
  • Halligan Water Supply Project draft environmental impact statement published

    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District has published in the federal register the Draft Environmental Impact Statement and conceptual mitigation plan for the Halligan Water Supply Project, a water supply project located in Larimer County, Colorado, proposed by the City of Fort Collins Utilities.
  • Two CO water supply projects will be evaluated separately

    The Omaha District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has determined that the Halligan and Seaman water supply projects will be separated and independently evaluated as the Halligan Water Supply Project Environmental Impact Statement and the Seaman Water Supply Project EIS. Previously, USACE was preparing one combined EIS for the two projects.
