Background: Levee was overtopped/breached on or before 19 Mar 2019. There are 5 breaches identified in the L594 levee system.

Current actions: Site assessment has started.

Anticipated construction start: TBD

Contractor: Diamond Group Engineering of Santa Ana, California

Risk to elevated Spring Runoff operations? Yes
 
Next Steps:
1. When levees are accessible, conduct physical assessment.
2. Design and construct levee restoration to authorized level of flood risk reduction.
