The project/review area is located near the interchange of Interstate 29/Interstate 229 and 85th Street (270th Street), in Sections 7, 8, 18, and 19, Township 100 North, Range 50 West; at Latitude 43.4754° North and Longitude -96.7966° West; in Sioux Falls, Lincoln County, South Dakota. The project purpose is a diverging diamond interchange construction near the junction of 85th Street/270th Street and Interstate 29, to include an overpass bridge, exit/entrance ramps, and a ramp bridge over I-229 to support anticipated growth in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
