    This public notice is issued jointly by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District, and the Nebraska Department of Environment and Energy (NDEE), 245 Fallbrook Blvd, Lincoln, NE 68521. NDEE will review the proposed project for state certification in accordance with the provisions of Section 401 of the Clean Water Act. NDEE hereby incorporates this public notice as its own public notice and procedures by reference thereto. Stillwater Lake Estates, LLC proposes to convert agriculture ground into a lake and mixed-use development, including medium density residential and commercial development located with the zoning jurisdiction of the City of Valley, Nebraska. The proposed project involves the construction of an approximate 32-acre private residential lake, 364 lots of medium-density housing, and 38 acres of commercial use. The authorization of this project will include grading and excavation/fill for residential lots, paved roads, sidewalks, entrances, water, sanitary, and sewer lines.

    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps), Omaha District proposes to reissue Version 7 of Regional General Permit 199222002 (RGP 9202-07). The permit would authorize construction of boat ramps and attendant features in waters of the United States located in Wyoming pursuant to Section 10 of the Rivers and Harbors Act of 1899 and Section 404 of the Clean Water Act of 1972 (U.S.C. 1344). This permit is applicable to jurisdictional waters of the United States within the State of Wyoming, including, but not limited to, rivers, lakes, and reservoirs for the purpose of providing access to the waterbody by watercraft. Certain waterways and aquatic resource types are given special consideration. The Corps proposes to reissue this RGP for a period of five (5) years.

  • RGP-2302-RWY (NWO-2023-00722-RWY)

    The District Commander, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District, has issued Version 1 of Regional General Permit 2302 (RGP-2302-RWY). The permit authorizes discharges of dredged or fill material into waters of the United States associated with ditch related activities in the state of Wyoming pursuant to Section 10 of the Rivers and Harbors Act of 1899 (33 U.S.C. § 403) and Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S.C. § 1344).
