Rainfall in early July brought the pool elevation at Cold Brook reservoir to an elevation of 3585.0 feet, which is slightly above the top of the conservation pool level. Reservoir levels were lowered to 3581.70 feet to allow construction on a handicapped accessible pier, which begins August 16.
