Corps Enters partnership with Collingsworth Foundation for promote Water Safety
Today, at a District employee forum, Omaha District Commander, Col. Joel R. Cross, along with Northwestern Division Commander Anthony C. Funkhouser formally recognized the memorandum of understanding recently signed by the Corps, formalizing a partnership agreement with the Joshua Collingsworth Memorial Foundation.
