    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District, (USACE) is evaluating a request by EcoAsset Holdings for a new wetland Mitigation Bank Site known as the Crooked Arm Coulee Bank Site (CACBS), under its Lower-Middle Yellowstone Umbrella Mitigation Bank Instrument (UMBI) (NWO-2012-01040-MTB). The CACBS would cover the Bighorn River and Yellowstone River major watersheds. This notice is to inform interested parties of the proposed activity and to solicit comments.

  • NWO-2005-90100-MTH Southside Road & Bridge Project

    Expiration date: 5/15/2022

    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District, (USACE) is evaluating a permit application for the Southside Road Segments 1, 2, 3 and Bridge project. The project proposes to permanently impact a total of 0.103 acre of wetland and 0.062 acre (207 linear feet) of perennial stream. Impacts are associated with road widening, new culvert placement, and replacement of a timber bridge with a single span bridge. This notice is to inform interested parties of the proposed activity and to solicit comments.

  • NWO-2005-00243-MTH Lee's Pool Subdivision - Condo Lot 1

    Expiration date: 5/7/2022

    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District, (USACE) is evaluating a permit application for the development of the Lee’s Pool Subdivision – Condo Lot 1. The project proposes to permanently impact a total of 0.147 acre of wetland and temporarily impact 0.011 acre (12 linear feet) of perennial stream. Impacts are associated with buildings, water/sewer pipeline extensions, and access roads. This notice is to inform interested parties of the proposed activity and to solicit comments.

  • PUBLIC NOTICE FOR THE FINAL REGIONAL CONDITIONS IN COLORADO APPLICABLE TO THE 41 NATIONWIDE PERMITS PUBLISHED IN THE FEDERAL REGISTER ON DECEMBER 27, 2021

    On December 27, 2021, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers published a final rule in the Federal Register (86 FR 73522) announcing the reissuance of 40 existing nationwide permits (NWPs) and one new NWP, as well as the reissuance of NWP general conditions and definitions with some modifications. These 41 NWPs will go into effect on February 25, 2022, and they will expire on March 14, 2026.
