    The Albuquerque and Omaha Districts of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers have jointly reissued RGP 96 for natural disaster mitigation and flood-related activities in waters of the United States within the State of Colorado. The expiration date of RGP 96 has been extended to September 30, 2021.

    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District is evaluating a request by the Sacajawea Audubon Society to review the feasibility of a new compensatory mitigation bank, known as the Indreland Audubon Wetland Preserve on the east side of the City of Bozeman, Montana. The prospectus is the first phase of mitigation bank evaluation. It is intended to determine whether the site has enough potential to warrant development of a more detailed Mitigation Banking Instrument. This notice is to inform interested parties of the proposed activity and to solicit public comments. Requests for public hearings must be identified as such and shall state specifically the reasons for holding a public hearing and what additional information would be obtained. The request must be submitted in writing to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Missoula Regulatory Office, 1600 North Avenue West, Suite 105, Missoula, Montana 59801. If it is decided that additional information is required and that a public hearing should be held, interested parties will be notified of the date, time and location.     Spruce Glen, Inc. requests Department of the Army authorization to construct a new phase of the existing Spruce Glen Addition which would consist of the development of 32 build-ready, single family residential lots; approximately ½ mile of urban roadway; connectivity to existing and future development; and the relocation and improvement of several golf course tee boxes, greens, and water hazards. The construction of this development would impact approximately 2.19 acres of wetlands.

    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District, (USACE) is evaluating a permit application from Big Ditch Company. The proposed project includes the dredging of streambed material from an area totaling 0.57 acre below the ordinary highwater mark (OHWM) of the Yellowstone River for maintained flow to an irrigation headgate. The dredging would extend 500 linear feet (LF) and 3 feet in depth for a total of up to3,000 cubic yards (CY) of dredged material. Upon completion of the dredging, the dredged material would be deposited, graded, and smoothed along 500 LF of the left bank (north side)and 150 LF of the right bank (south side) of the channel to match existing riverbed contours. In the past, dredging has been completed within one to two days. If needed, dredging would occur annually. This notice is to inform interested parties of the proposed activity and to solicit comments.
