The Sponsor (Westervelt Ecological Services) is proposing to develop a compensatory mitigation site within the Bad/Cheyenne/Belle Fourche Geographic Service Area (GSA). If approved, the Mitigation Site would produce credits available to offset the loss of waters of the United States within the GSA. The Sponsor proposes to restore an intermittent stream channel and adjacent wetlands.
