The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District, (USACE) is evaluating a permit application NWO-2024-01196-MT, which would result in permanent and temporary impacts to approximately 0.141 acre of Muddy Creek and approximately 0.004 acre of palustrine scrub-shrub wetlands adjacent to Muddy Creek, waters of the United States. This notice is to inform interested parties of the proposed activity and to solicit comments.
