The District Engineer (Omaha) is evaluating a request by North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) to add the Sheridan County I Wetland Mitigation Bank Site (Site) to their Program Instrument approved in June 2013. The Site consists of 71 acres located approximately 4 miles east of McClusky, North Dakota in W½ of Section 10, Township 146 North, Range 76 West centered on Latitude 47.840230° North, Longitude -100.347867° West, Sheridan County, North Dakota. NDDOT estimates that the Site would generate 56.41 credits. Credits would be achieved primarily through restoration, with added credit for buffers, and uplands. The Regional Service Area for the Site would be the Missouri River Basin Southern Zone.
