The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District, (Corps) is evaluating a permit application to construct the Reynolds Landing project, which would result in the discharge of approximately 34,365 cubic yards of boulders, rip-rap and concrete fill material into 5.35 acres of waters of the United States, including wetlands, located adjacent to the South Platte River. This notice is to inform interested parties of the proposed activity and to solicit comments.
