The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District, (Corps) is evaluating a permit application to construct the Lemon Gulch Reach 1 Trail Crossing Project, which would result in the discharge of approximately 270 cubic yards of soil, riprap, and concrete fill material into approximately 0.40 acres of Lemon Gulch. This notice is to inform interested parties of the proposed activity and to solicit comments.
