Dawley Farms Newco requests Department of the Army authorization to fill four wetlands that flow to the Big Sioux River in order to continue construction of a mixed-use development on the Dawley Farms property in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The wetland acreage totals 5.24 acres. The proposed project is located in Section 24, Township 101 North, Range 49 West, Minnehaha County, South Dakota. The basic purpose of the project is to construct a commercial development. The overall purpose of the project is to construct a commercial development in east Sioux Falls. This is not a water dependent activity.
