Memorial bench dedicated in honor of Bruce Dvoracek at Gavins Point Dam

Martin Goding, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District powerplant superintendent, provides remarks during a memorial bench dedication in honor of longtime Gavins Point Dam powerhouse employee Bruce Dvoracek who passed away in 2022.
